The Mariposa AI Therapy Assistant™ is powered by ChatGPT, an AI language model developed by OpenAI. On its own, ChatGPT is simply a smart conversational tool. But with the right structure, prompts, and therapeutic framing—along with our collaboration—it can become something more: a bridge between sessions that helps you stay connected to your growth, insight, and inner wisdom.
